Published 24 times per year, Numerical Heat Transfer Part A-Applications covers numerically-based, results-oriented papers highlighting problems in heat transfer, mass transfer, and fluid flow. Underlying numerical solutions may be based either on available methodologies or on adaptations of moderate extensions of available methods. Experimental results which support the numerical solutions are also acceptable. All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees. The Editor reserves the right to reject without peer review any papers deemed unsuitable.

每年出版24次，數值傳熱部分A-應用涵蓋了基于數值的、結果導向的論文，突出了傳熱、傳質和流體流動方面的問題。基本的數值解可以基于現有的方法，也可以基于對現有方法的適度擴展的適應。支持數值解的實驗結果也是可以接受的。所有提交的手稿都要經過編輯的初步評估，如果認為適合進一步考慮，還要經過獨立的匿名專家評審。編輯保留不經同行評審而拒絕任何不適合的論文的權利。
