谷氨酸脫氫酶廣泛存在于動植物和微生物體內,但是國內使用還是依賴進口的比較多,加大了成本,為此很多生物、醫學人員也會做谷氨酸方面的研究,發表這方面的論文,為此學術顧問在這里整理了40篇谷氨酸方向的文獻,大家可作為參考:
